Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to the nature of consumable products (energy drinks), we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

2. Refund Process

  • Contact us with your Order ID and reason for return
  • We will arrange pickup of the product
  • Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the product
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange correct delivery and pickup of the wrong item.
